Lubna Aman has been appearing in Courts of Law since 1998. After graduation in Commerce, she secured First Class Second Position in her B.L. and secured First Class First Position in LL.B from Sindh Muslim Law College affiliated with University of Karachi. During her practice, she passed her LL.M and has vast experience in different fields of Law.

Mrs. Lubna Aman was awarded by many prizes and awards during her student life some are:

“Star Woman 1997” for “Star Girls & Women International Award 1997”, awarded by Star Girls & Women Foundation in April 1998.

Gold Medal by S. M. Law College Students Alliance as 1st Position Holder in LL.B. Examination 1996.

“Star Girl 1996” for “Star Girls & Women International Award 1996”, awarded by Star Girls & Women Foundation in May 1997.

Gold Medal (S. M. Law College Talent Award) awarded by Law Student Alliance, S. M. Law College as 2nd Position Holder in B. L. Examination 1995.

Experience:

She has successfull experience of appearing in banking recovery suits, mergers, amalgamation, property disputes etc., of related to civil litigation before Courts of Law and Arbitrators. With experience of litigation She has also vast experience of documentations and advisory works of different companies and financial institutions. She has conducted number of training courses for bankers/clients. Mrs. Lubna Aman has been appearing in number of cases before Courts of Law related to Banking Laws, Company Laws, Rent Laws, Family Laws, Constitutional Laws, Commercial Laws, Civil Laws, Securities and Exchange Commission Law, Foreign Exchange Laws.

Mrs. Lubna Aman has also experience of working with M/s. Abrar Hassan and Co. and Bawaney & Partners, the renowned law firms of Karachi. Mrs. Lubna Aman has vast research work on different fields of law some are Banking Laws, Defamation, Pakistan Citizenship Laws, Law of Torts, Damages, Transfer of Property Act, Sale of Goods Act, Interpretation of Statutes, Arbitration Laws, Benami Transactions, Constitution Petitions, Limitation Act, Different topics involved in Civil Procedure Code and Contract Act etc. She is also visiting faculty and Examiner in Law University.

Mrs. Lubna Aman has additional experience of advisory works and documentations related to Restructuring/ Rescheduling /settlement of loans, drafting of Legal Opinions and Legal Notices, Vetting of Agreements, Legal Opinions & Vetting related to property, advisory work and documentations for Educational Trust.. Drafting of Account opening forms, various Agreements and Joint Ventures, Drafting of Conveyance Deed/Sale Deeds, Legal Documentations, Investment and property advisory works and Due diligence of data for privatization of companies of different clients .
